Ban on Drawback of duty on goods exported to Nepal and Bhutan Notification No. 5/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/77-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977 , namely :- (a) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clauses (a) and (aa), for the words Nepal and Bhutan and Nepalese and Bhutanese wherever they occur, the words Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar and Nepalese, Bhutanese and Burmese shall respectively be substituted; (b) in condition (ii), for the words Jogbani, Nautanwa, Raxaul, Darranga or Ultapani , the words Jogbani, Nautanwa, Raxaul, Darranga, Jaigaon or Moreh shall be substituted.
