Designated Authority under Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 Notification No. 4/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-1-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby appoints the Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, as the designated authority for the purposes of said rules.
