Amendment to Notification No. 44/89-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 7/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-2-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 44/89-Customs (N.T.), dated the 20th July, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in item (a), for the words "fish and other marine products", the words "fish, other marine products and wood based products" shall be substituted.
