Muldwarka port of Gujarat State appointed as Customs port for loading Notification No. 6/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-2-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Muldwarka port in the State of Gujarat as Customs port for the purpose of loading of clinker and cement for export.
