Customs (Fees For Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Amendment Regulations, 1993 Notification No. 56/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-11-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 157 and 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Customs (Fees For Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, namely :- 1. (1) These regulations may be called the Customs (Fees For Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Amendment Regulations, 1993. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the preamble to the Customs (Fees For Rendering Services by Customs Officers) Regulations, 1968, the words "and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf" shall be omitted.
