Prohibitions and restrictions of importation and exportation - Amendment to Notification No. 135/64-Cus. Notification No. 52/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 12-10-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 135-Customs, dated the 3rd October, 1964, namely :- In the said notification, (1) in the opening paragraph, for the words "all goods", the words "military equipments and PCL Products" shall be substituted; (ii) the proviso shall be omitted.
