Customs Port - Amendment to Notification No. 72/73-Cus. Notification No. 40/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-8-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 72-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1973, namely :- In the said notification, for clause (i) the following clause shall be substituted, namely :- "(1) The port of Redi in the State of Maharashtra to be a customs port for the - (a) loading and unloading of crew baggage, (b) unloading of metallurgical coke/coal, and (c) loading of iron ore for export;"
