Dahej Port in Gujarat appointed to be a Customs Port for loading and unloading Notification No. 11/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 28-1-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 120/84-Cus., dated the 1st May, 1984, the Central Government hereby appoints the Port of Dahej in the State of Gujarat as a Customs Port for the following purposes, namely :- (a) the loading of following export goods :- (i) Crew baggage, (ii) Machinery and Equipment re-exported from Gandhar Gas Power Project, Jhanor (Bhaurch) as upto June, 1995. (b) the unloading of the following import goods :- (i) Crew baggage, (ii) Fertilizers, rock phosphate and sulphur, (iii) Machinery and equipment meant for Gandhar Gas Power Project, Jhanor (Bhaurch) as upto June, 1995.
