Burden of proof in cases of seizures Notification No. 4/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-1-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 123 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 204/84-Customs, dated the 20th July, 1984, namely :- In the said notification item numbers 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 11 and 12 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
