Industrial Area, Panchkula of Haryana State declared Warehousing Station Notification No. 3/93-Cus. (N.T.) NZO Dated 11-5-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by Notification No. 17/90-Customs (N.T.), dt. 6-4-1990 as amended by Notification No. 34/90, dt. 18-6-1990 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, I hereby declare Industrial Area, Panchkula, Tehsil Panchkula, District Ambala in the State of Haryana to be a Warehousing Station under section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (No. 52 of 1962) for the purposes of setting up of a Hundred Per cent Export Oriented Undertaking.
