Appointment of airports as Customs Airports - Amendment to Notification No. 75/75-Cus. Notification No. 68/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-10-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 75/75-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial No. 3 relating to Varanasi, for the entry in column 3, the following entry shall be substituted namely :- "(a) The loading of export goods or any class of such goods; and (b) the unloading of imported raw materials for manufacture of the following finished products, namely :- (i) silk textiles and made-ups; (ii) woollen carpets; (iii) zari embroidered goods."
