Wheat - Exemption from special additional duty of Customs Notification No. 129/99-Cus. Dated 1-12-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 22/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, in column (2), against serial number 11, for the figures "2301.20", the figures "10.01, 2301.20" shall be substituted.
