Jamshedpur, Jharkhand notified as Inland Container Depot for loading and unloading of export goods — Amendment to Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) 5 th October, 2001 Notification No. 51 /2001 -Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2 nd April, 1997, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, after S.No.5 occurring in column (1) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) "5 A Jharkhand Jamshedpur Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
