Textile Machinery or equipments or parts - Amendment in Notification No. 11/97-Cus. Notification No. 59/97-Cus. Dated 8-7-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 11/97-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1997, namely :- In List 10 appended to the said notification, after item number (119) and the entries relating thereto, the following item numbers and entries shall be added, namely :- "(120) Auto fabric detwister (121) Weft straightening and calendering machine (122) Slit Opening Machine (123) Rotary/Flat bed screen printing machine (124) Curing/Polymerising machine (125) Continuous rope/open width washing machine (126) Lab yarn dyeing machine (127) Lab dyeing machine (128) Lab pressing machine (129) Automatic cone winding machine with yarn splicer, electronic cleaner and auto doffing system (130) High speed warping machine with yarn tensioning, pneumatic suction devices and accessories. (131) High speed multi/cylinder/hot air sizing machine/zero twist filament sizing machine with all accessories (132) High speed sectional warping machines (133) Shuttleless looms (air jet, water jet, rapier and projectile) (134) Drawing in machines (135) Beam knotting machines (136) Computer aided design system (137) Fully automatic grey fabric inspection machines with roll to roll winding having microprocessor recorder (138) Auto control type humidification plant".
