Anti-dumping duty on import of Dead Burnt Magnesite - Notification No. 34/96-Cus. - Amended Notification No. 59/96-Cus. Dated 21-8-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with Rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 34/96-Customs, [G.S.R. 271 (E)], dated the 8th July, 1996, namely :- In the said notification for the words, brackets and letters "Dead Burnt Magnesite (DBM)", at the both places where they occur, the words, brackets, letters and figures "Dead Burnt Magnesite (DBM) having MgO content ranging from 85% to 92% shall be substituted.
