Imports of specified goods by Microwave Tube Research and Development Centre, Bangalore Notification No. 18/96-Cus. Dated 22-3-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 128/93-Customs, dated the 8th June, 1993, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, in the Table, against item No. 52, for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Microwave Tube Research and Development Centre, Bangalore.".
