Immucyst - Notification No. 13/95 amended Notification No. 14/96-Cus. Dated 16-2-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 13/95 Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under heading "A. Life Saving drugs or medicines (including diagnostic test kits)", after serial number 242 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "242 A. Immucyst".
