Life saving drugs and medicines - "5-Fluorouracil" - Amendment to Notification No. 13/95-Cus. Notification No. 13/96-Cus. Dated 29-1-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 13/95-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1995, namely :- In Heading A of the Schedule annexed to the said notification, for the entry against serial number 3, the entry "5-Fluorouracil" shall be substituted.
