Imports for the manufacture of final products to be supplied to specified agencies or projects Notification No. 7/96-Cus Dated 17-1-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 260/92-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the Schedule, after Sl. No. (ii) the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(iii) Supplies to the projects which have been extended "deemed export benefits" in terms of the public Notice of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 321/(PN)/92-97, dated the 26th October, 1995."
