Electronic industry - Goods used therein - Amendment to Notification No. 88/94-Cus. Notification No. 202/94-Cus. Dated 30-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88/94-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :- In List B of the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 13 and the entries relating thererto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "13. 15, 29, 32, 34, 39, 48, 70 (a)(i) Alpha cellulose paper/cotton paper (ii) Electrical grade craft paper (iii) Tung oil (iv)Volan/Silane treated glass fabric/cloth Copper clad laminates, phenolic or paper phenolic or glass epoxy types, printed circuit boards. (b)(i) Silane (ii) Glass filament yarn Silane treated glass cloth/fabric for use in the copper clad laminates.".
