Rescinding of 51 specified notifications for grouping of certain General Exemptions Notification No. 145/94-Cus. Dated 13-7-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance in the Department of Revenue and Banking or the Department of Revenue and Insurance or the Department of Revenue, as the case may be, namely :- 1.
