Anti-dumping duty on import of Bisphenol-A from Japan Notification No. 102/94-Cus. Dated 11-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 21 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1985, the Central Government, on the basis of findings of the designated authority, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, section 1, dated the 18th February, 1994 that there is dumping in respect of Bisphenol-A falling under sub-heading No. 2907.23 of the First Schedule of the said Act, and having country of origin as Japan, hereby imposes, on the said Bisphenol-A when imported into India, an additional duty equivalent to Rs. 7477/- (Rupees seven thousand four hundred and seventy-seven only) per tonne.
