Ban on drawback of duty on goods exported to Burma, Nepal etc. - Amendment to Notification No. 208/77-Cus. Notification No. 100/94-Cus. Dated 3-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/77-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977, namely :- (a) In paragraph 2 of the said notification, - in clauses (a) and (aa) for the words "Nepal and Nepalese", wherever appearing the words "Nepal and Bhutan" and "Nepalese and Bhutanese" shall respectively be substituted; (b) in condition (ii), for the words "Jogbani, Nautanwa or Raxaul", the words "Jogbani, Nautanwa, Raxaul, Darranga or Ultapani" shall be substituted.
