Exemption to machinery, instruments etc. for Infantry Combat Vehicles-Validity of Notification No. 16/89-Cus. extended Notification No. 180/93-Cus. Dated 1-11-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 16/89-Customs, dated the 1st February, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of November, 1993", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1994" shall be substituted.
