Parts imported for manufacture of specified articles - Amendment to Notification No. 155/86-Cus. Notification No. 160/93-Cus. Dated 16-8-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 155/86-Customs, dated 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the said notification in EXPLANATION (2), for the figures and words "No. 153/92-Customs, dated the 26th March, 1992, the figures and words "No. 153/92-Customs, dated the 26th March, 1992, No. 60/93-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1993" shall be substituted.
