Pesticides - Amendment to Notification No. 18/93-Cus. Notification No. 149/93-Cus. Dated 9-7-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 18/93-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1993, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against item No. 18, for the entry "D-Allethrin", the entry "Allethrin and its isomers" shall be substituted.
