Rescinds Notification Nos. 88/77-Cus., 243/84-Cus. 276/85-Cus. Notification No. 130/93-Cus. Dated 11-6-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. No. 88/77-Customs, dated the 18th June, 1977. 2. No. 243/84-Customs, dated the 24th September, 1984. 3. No. 276/85-Customs, dated the 28th August, 1985.
