Drawback - Amendment to Notification No. 44/91-Cus. Notification No. 126/93-Cus. Dated 31-5-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 44/91-Customs, dated the 30th May, 1991, namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification, the following entries shall be added at the end, namely :- "96. Plain aluminium foil containing more than 99% aluminium 97. Polypropylene (plastic) film of thickness 12 micron or below 98. Metallised Polypropylene (plastic) film of thickness 12 micron or below 99. Condenser impregnant/insulating fluid (nisseki capacitor oil)". This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1993.
