Auxiliary Duty - Amendment to Notification No. 190/92-Cus. Notification No. 253/92-Cus. Dated 1-7-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 111 of the Finance Act, 1992 (18 of 1992), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 190/92-Customs, dated the 14th May, 1992, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 309 and the entry relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be added, namely, - "310. No. 250-Customs, dated the 31st July, 1992. 311. No. 251-Customs, dated the 31st July, 1992."
