Drug bulk intermediates [Chapters 28 29] Notification No. 52/92-Cus. Dated 1-3-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Govern ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. No. 27 and the entry relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- (1) (2) "28. Gallic acid for the manufacture of Trimethoprim 29. No. 213/88-Customs, dated the 30th June, 1988. In the Table to the said notification, after Sl. No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. Human Tetanus Imm-unoglobulin bulk Human Tetanus Immunoglobulin 11. Anti-D Immunoglo-bulin bulk Anti-D Immu noglobulin". 3. No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981. In Schedule A to the said notification, Serial Nos. 180, 187, 210, 231, 277 and 282 and the entries relating there to shall respectively be omitted. 4. No. 45/79-Customs, dated the 1st March 1979. In the Table annexed to the said notification, S. No. 92, and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted. 5. No. 271/86-Customs, dated the 28th April, 1986. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, Serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
