Machinery, Equipments etc. for Light Combat Aircraft Programme - Amendment to Notification No. 228/88-Cus. [G.E. 71a] Notification No. 5/92-Cus. Dated 2-1-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 228/88-Customs dated the 1st August, 1988, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 47 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos., and entries shall be inserted, namely:- "48. Project Office (Materials), Hyderabad. 49. Kerala Hitech Industries, Trivandrum. 50. Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation of India Ltd.".
