Machinery for Energy Conservation - Amendment to Notification No. 30/88-Cus. Notification No. 158/91-Cus. Dated 16-12-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 30/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the TABLE annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No, 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) "17. Recuperator/Heat Exchangers for use in the manufacture of carbon black."
