Amendments to Auxiliary Duty Notification Nos. 23/91-Cus. to 27/91-Cus. Notification No. 110/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1991 (18 of 1991), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended, or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. No. 16, in column (3), for the entry, the entry "Raw petroleum coke and calcined petroleum coke." shall be substituted; (b) against Sl. No. 17, in column (3), for the entry, the entry "Coke with phosphorous content of 0.035% or below for manufacture of pig iron." shall be substituted; (c) after Sl. No. 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "17A 28 Phosphoric acid for manufacture of fertilizers." 2. 24/91-Customs, dated the 14th March, 1991. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, - (i) Sl. No. 240 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) after Sl. No. 282 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. In the said notification, - (i) in the opening paragraph, for the figures and words, "25 per cent", the figures and words "15 per cent" shall be substituted; (ii) in the Schedule, - (a) Sl. Nos. 10,11,25,30,44,56 and 60 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) after Sl. No. 71 and the entry relating thereto, following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- "72.
