Amendment to Notification No. 171/90-Cus. [Chapter 39] Notification No. 71/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 171/90-Customs, dated the 16th May, 1990, namely :- In the opening paragraph of the said notification, after the words and figures "falling under heading No. 39.01", the words and figures "and polypropylene and copolymers s of propylene falling under heading No. 39.02" shall be inserted.
