Amendments to Notification Nos. 42/90-Cus., 43/90-Cus. and 44/90-Cus. Notification No. 68/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE S. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 42/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, for the entry in column (4), the entry "100% ad valorem" shall respectively be substituted. 2. 43/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, for the entry in column (4), the entry "100% ad valorem" shall respectively be substituted. 3. 44/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990. In the said notification, for the Table, the following Table shall be substituted, namely :- "THE TABLE Sl.
