Amendments to 6 Notifications Notification No. 60/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. and Date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 464/86-Customs, dated the 18th November, 1986. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 25 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- "26. N-propyl ethanolonine 27. Epichlorohydrin". 2. 15/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 23 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- "24. Aldrin 25. Heptachlor 26. Chlordane 27. IBP (Kitazine)". 3. 16/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 20 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "21. N-propyl ethanolonine Fluchloralin 22. Epichlorohydrin (i) Quinal-phos (ii) Endosul phan" 4. 200/89-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1989. In the said notification, for the figures and words "20 per cent ad valorem" , the figures and words "10 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted. 5. 37/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 7, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted. 6. 39/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990. (a) In the Table annexed to the said notification,- against Sl. No. 10, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (b) against Sl. No. 18, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (c) against Sl. No. 19, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (d) against Sl. No. 21, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (e) against Sl. No. 22, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (f) against Sl. No. 27, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (g) against Sl. No. 28, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (h) against Sl. No. 29, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (i) against Sl. No. 30, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted; (j) against Sl. No. 31, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem" shall be substituted.
