Amendments to Notification No. 130/86-Cus. - G.E. No. 120 Notification No. 55/91-Cus; Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 130/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, - (i) after S. No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3)  (4) "5A. 1207.10 Palm nuts and kernels 90% ad valorem" ; (ii) in S. No. 11A, for the entry in column (4), the entry "90% ad valorem " shall be substituted; (iii) in S. No. 22, for the entry in column (4), the entry "90% ad valorem" shall be substituted.
