Amendment to Notification No. 514/86-Cus. -Validity Extended. Notification No. 45/91-Cus. Dated 27-6-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 514/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986; namely :- in the said notification in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "30th June, 1991", the figures, letters and words "31st December, 1991" shall be substituted.
