Amendments to Notification No. 350/85-cus. - Components for fuel-efficient four-wheeled motor vehicles Notification No. 303/90-Cus. Dated 31-12-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 350/85-Customs, dated 5th December, 1985, namely :- In the said notification, - (i) in the Table,- (a) against S. No. 2, in column (2), the entries "(v) Head Lamp Assembly" and "(vi) Wiring Harness" shall be omitted; (b) S. Nos. 5, 6, 7, 14 and 22 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1990, the figure, letters and words "31st day of March, 1991" shall be substituted.
