Auxiliary duty - Rescinds Notifications No. 183/90-Cus. and No. 184/90-Cus. Notification No. 287/90-Cus Dated 15-12-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 64 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. No. 183-Customs, dated 31st May, 1990. 2. No. 184-Customs, dated 31st May, 1990.
