Amendment to Notification No. 345/86-Cus. - G.E. No. 179 Notification No. 232/90-Cus. Dated 1-8-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 345/86-Customs, dated the 16th June, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, Sl. No. 31 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
