Amendment to Notification No. 49/90-Cus. - Plastic materials Notification No. 176/90-Cus. Dated 31-5-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes following further amendment in the notifica tion of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 49/90-Customs dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 03 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely: - (1) (2) (3) (4) "03. 39.09 Polystyrene and copolymers of styrene (i) acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene (ABS) copolymers and styrene - acrylonitrile (ABS) copolymers. 100% ad valorem (ii) Others Rs. 1,000 per tonne."
