Amendment to Notification No. 489/86-Cus. - Jute Mill Machinery Notification No. 174/90-Cus. Dated 16-5-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 489/86-Customs, dated the 18th December, 1986, namely: In the Schedule to the said notification, under the heading "LIST OF MACHINERY", in item No. 10, after sub-item (xi) and the entry relating thereto, the following sub-item and the entry shall be inserted, namely :- "(xii) Poly-propylene B.C.F. Yarn Manufacturing Plant."
