Synthetic industrial diamonds - Amendment to Notification No. 131/77-Cus. [ Ch. 71] Notification No. 168/90-Cus. Dated 30-4-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 131/77-Cusloms, dated the 1st July, 1977, namely :- In the said notification, after the figures and words "50% ad valorem,", the words and figure "and from the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under Section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act", shall be inserted.
