Amends Notification No. 347/86 relating to raw materials required for manufacture of electronic components. Notification No. 109/90-Cus. Dated 20-3-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 347/86-Customs. dated the 16th June, 1986, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, - (i) against Sl. No. 9, for the entry in column (3) the entry "Tinned/Solder coated Copper/Copper alloy wire" shall be substituted; (ii) against Sl. No. 11, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Solder plated Copper plated steel wires of dia 0.04 mm to 1.1 mm" shall be substituted; (iii) against Sl. No. 27, in column (3), for the words "PVC/PTFE", the word "PVC" shall be substituted; (iv) against Sl. No. 30, for the entry in column (2), the entry "72, 73'' shall be substituted; (v) Sl. No. 35 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (vi) in Sl. No. 37, for the entry in column (2), the entry "39, 68" shall be substituted; (vii) against Sl. No. 42, for the entry in column (2), the entry "39, 73, 79 or 85" shall be substituted; (viii) against Sl. No. 47, for the entry in column (2), the entry "39, 40, 56, 85" shall be substituted; (ix) after Sl. No. 49 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl.
