Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi appointed as Director General (Safeguards) 22nd November, 2002 Notification No. 72/2002- Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. K.
