Amendment to Notification No. 17/88-Cus. [Chapter 51] Notification No. 210/89-Cus. Dated 17-7-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (25 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 17/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "or State Khadi and Village Industries Board" the words "State Khadi and Village Industries Board or Registered Apex State Level Khadi Federations" shall be substituted.
