Amendment to Notification No. 208/81-Cus. [G.E. No. 100] Notification No. 209/89-Cus. Dated 17-7-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 208/81-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under heading "A. Life saving drugs or medicines", after item 205, the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "206. Anti-Diphtheria Normal Human Immunoglobulin Injection 207. Anti-Pertussis Normal Human Immunoglobulin 208. Anti-Pseudomonas Normal Human Immunoglobulin 209. Anti-Rabies Normal Human Immunoglobulin Injection 210. Anti-Tetanus Normal Human Immunoglobulin Injection 211. Histoglobulin Injection 212 Normal Human Immunoglobulin Injection 213. Normal Human Plasma 214. Normal Human Serum Albumin Injection 215. Blood group sera 216. Agglutinating sera 217. Diphtheria Antitoxin sera 218. Diagnostic kits for detection of HIV antibodies."
