Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) — Jurisdiction — Amendment to Notification No. 16/2002-Cus. (N.T.) 5 th December, 2002 Notification NO.78/2002-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 16/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7 th March, 2002, namely :- (i) "In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. Nos.11 to 19 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted". (ii) The Sl. No. 20 and entries relating thereto shall be substituted namely:- (1) (2) (3) "11. Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Jamnagar Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Jamnagar". D.S. (N.T.), dated the13 th June, 2002 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), dated the 13 th June, 2002 under G.S.R. No. 429 (E).
