Amendment to Notification No. 110/86-Cus. [Heading No. 98.01] Notification No. 205/89-Cus. Dated 7-7-1989 In exercise of the power conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minisiry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 110/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, after Sl. No. 18 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "(19) Research and Development Project of Research, Designs and Standards Organisation of the Indian Railways, Lucknow."
